Michelin Calmy Rey, President of the Confederation visited the IRB on the 19th of September.
The IRB was proud to host the President of the Confederation, Michelin Calmy Rey during her official visit to Ticino. Recognizing the important contribution that the IRB had made to Swiss biomedical research and in her capacity as Foreign Minister recognizing the importance of international collboration, the President chose to include the IRB on her two day visit to the Canton.

During a presentation of the facilities, Ms. Calmy Rey was given the first copy of the IRB Annual Report, fresh from the printers.
